Shipping & Returns
Pivotal Products' website pricing and ordering pertains to all shipments inside the domestic United States. We are happy to provide a quote for shipping to any location outside of the USA. Any orders requiring shipment outside the USA should complete the Contact Us tab and request a quote.
All orders are final and subject to credit approval . Once submitted, orders can not be cancelled. Order date is determined by the date order is received by Pivotal Products, LLC or its representative. Please allow 5 additional days from receipt of order to process first time orders. All resellers are required to supply a resale certificate for the state in which their business is located and the ship to state for the "sale".
All artwork (logo or imprint wording in vector format and/or pdf format) should be submitted via upload link on custom product(s) page or via email to sales@PivotalProductsDirect.com. On exact re-orders, simply select the box that shows "use imprint from previous order(s)" and we will imprint the exact repeat of your very last order.
Normal Production Time: 3 to 7 days from the receipt of order with all required artwork and resale certificate. Please call to inquire about rush orders, if needed. We will do our best to accommodate all rush orders, free of charge. All products for which multi colored imprints are requested may require additional production time.
Our manufacturing process affirms all product introduced into commerce must meet legal requirements in terms of raw material content, certain performance and testing are defined by national and regional regulation. Standards are acknowledged to vary according to product, demographic nature of and frequency of testing. Our manufacturing process assures all product meets or exceeds all applicable regulatory requirements for that product through a rigorous process that includes design and development verification and well-defined approval, inspection and testing processes for which all applicable documentations maintained. Our manufacturing process also employs a traceability protocol, allowing end-consumers to quickly determine the product in their hand is not subject to recall.
Authorized Dealer Policy
The sale of Pivotal Products, LLC's products outside of your physical location or through a URL not owned by you is not permitted without prior written consent of Pivotal Products, LLC. Trans-shipping of Pivotal Products' products to non-authorized retailers or e-commerce companies and/or selling products over Internet "auction" sites is strictly prohibited. Selling Pivotal Products' products outside of the U.S. is not permitted without written permission. Protected by Patent #7516931
No returns are accepted unless due to mis-shipment or damaged merchandise shipped by Pivotal Products, LLC's carrier, or error in imprinting for which Pivotal Products, LLC is responsible. Pivotal Products, LLC must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 10 days of receipt of order.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number. No claim or return will be accepted or credited past 10 days after receipt of shipment. Credit, when deemed necessary, by Pivotal Products, if there is any quality issue that can not be resolved, will be applied using the same method as the payment of the original order. Pivotal reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to orders that are refused by retailers.
All domestic shipments within the United States of America are shipped using Pivotal Products, LLC carrier of choice. Pivotal Products, LLC will drop ship orders as long as a full set of 60 Beach-Niks is being shipped to each address. Drop ship fees apply for each address, beyond the first and will be charged if customer does not select the drop ship product inside the order. The only exception to this is for orders in excess of 2520 pieces in which the customer wishes to provide shipper account number. In those cases, Pivotal will not be liable for those shipments using customer carrier. All claims and discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. When orders are manufactured to a customer's specifications, the customer shall hold Pivotal Products, LLC harmless for any liability for patent or copyright infringements, proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal rights violations.

Pivotal Products , LLC cannot guarantee exact PMS color matching. NOTE: We print using PANTONE® Licensed Printing Inks. Please specify PANTONE® Colors when placing your order. Note that if PANTONE® Colors are specified, in order to ensure color accuracy we only use current editions of the PANTONE publications.
